The Company has a License to use the trademarks and technologies owned by Lorepar, LTD., a closely held Private Nevada Corporation. The License grants the Company an exclusive license, without the right to sub license, the unique products, licensed patents, and all know how, in the manufacture and sell of all products internationally. The Company issued Lorepar, LTD., and its Officers 5,000,000 shares of its common stock valued at $5,000 (par value of the shares issued).
