The Business Wire blurb hit the wires after 11:00 PM. Its kind of interesting that management didn't buy more when the stock was at 5 and below. I would think they would have been more aggressive.....unless they knew that this ruling was forthcoming. It also sounds like IDTI plans to either be more acquisitive.....or may be open to being acquired. Otherwise the SEC ruling would be meaningless! The stock move certainly wasn't because of a change in fundamentals.
