All the bad news is probably reflected in the stock when it was <.40. I didn't know that SCI had taken over Calif. operations from INB! With the stock popping up to .70 this week, what does that imply about Calif. operations? Can INB take it back?! What sort of agreement was signed with SCI? I've noticed that there has been no reported insider buying of INB for a while. No confidence in INB with the stock at <.40.
