You bet, and you are right. I've stated this all along, to the dismay of many people posting here.
IDCN does have, and continues to have, a credibility problem. This could be either based in fact or the appearance of not working in the best interests of the investors. Appearance is just as damaging as the real thing.
Of course, you can't have your cake and eat it too. If/when Indocan redeems itself in the shareholder's eyes, you won't have the opportunity to buy at anywhere close to .02 - .03 - this I guarantee.
Waiting for the drilling news, however, may prove to be a smart move on your part. I don't believe the stock will move much on this news, possibly resulting in more short-sighted selling.
People want to see hard proof of this stock's value. Damn, I've said this a lot. Maybe I should use PWTSHPOTSV instead :) Good luck, Rookie w/ IDCN and other investments in Nov.
As for your three questions, 1)YES 2)HOPEFULLY NO (unlikely this year, anyway) and 3)YES, practically debt-free w/ cash.
That's it, folks, I'm done with my cheerleading for the weekend, each person make up their own mind. I respect anyone's opinion when given objectively and honestly. I had more fun when I was pissed at IDCN, anyway. :)
