Rick,

Nice quickie OSIP trade. However "Bounce" is now getting contaminated by day-trades as well! What's next? Pork-bellies? <G>

Just by way of comparison, here are my original bounce portfolio suggestions, invested at the same time "Bounce" was, and uncontaminated by any subsequent trades:

techstocks.com

(I added the Nasdaq biotech index by way of comparison).

I'll leave this portfolio untouched, so we can see how a "buy and hold" strategy compares with an actively managed portfolio. It's currently up over 37.5%, not quite as good as Bounce, but catching up. It suffered from not having some of the early magical Metcalf selections like VRTX.

My original post in which these stocks were suggested seems to be having "technical difficulties," as do many of the early posts to this thread. It's Message 5573085. Maybe we can whine to the "Welcome to SI" thread to see if they can resuscitate it and the others around it. Of course if they are going to resuscitate it, maybe I can persuade them to make a few "improvements" like leaving out AVIR <G>.

CELG might be a bounce candidate, particularly if it shows weakness the next few days as its earnings announcement is digested.

Peter
