I did the same......hiring a good PR firm is really not all that difficult. Spend a little more on the "real" ones, or go with the fly-by-niters and get what you pay for. I'd like to see the credentials of those doing the actual PR work...any formal training or education? Liberty Capital has less than stellar reviews, I believe.

Also, it is VERY true that doctors don't make good businessmen (& women)...and I'm speaking of first hand knowledge here. Being on an advisory board is one thing, as long as it is not the business they will be advising. Product development/enhancements- sure-, but unless they have MBA's or other business experience, they should stay out of the strategic planning. An advisory board is one thing, but what exactly it advises is another. I'm still lurking, but NBMX needs to do things RIGHT for a change...not keep piddling around. They may have a great product, but poor planning/piddling around can make it worthless.
