Someone much wiser than I has observed that there appear to be "cheap shares" flooding the market. I don't pretend to fully understand all this, but companies can raise money buy issuing convertible shares via private placements. I think after a certain amount of time has gone buy, these private investors can convert their shares into freely tradable shares and then dump them on the market. I've seen this happen with several OTC stocks I've owned, and it's never pleasant. Look at the chart for QTNT...same thing.

Does anyone know what the current float is?
