Greg, bear in mind that my calculations define what I believe to be a baseline. For example, nowhere did I make any assumptions about share buybacks, new products, etc. I think there will be new mountains to climb and new rivers to ford. In short, I think that new opportunities for assembly/ manufacture/ distribution will arise over the next decade at a breathtaking pace. We have already discussed Dell's entry into xDSL. Are there any opportunities in HDTV? I don't know, but I bet there will be all kind of projects that will become interesting to Dell's management.

The technology that Dell features is virtual integration, not computers. If Dell defines itself in broad brush strokes based on its core competency rather than on its product there are no limits to growth.
