Ken, I don't have the number of shares that Rockwell has outstanding handy but the semi-conductor business is suppose to be a $1.2B business. For rough guestimates I would simply do a book value on the business and find out what the industry multiplier is for that to calculate an anticipated share value. Just some thoughts but please note I am no expert
