t hurt me too. I do not see this huge drop near term as some call for. I see a slow decent due to dilution but a large drop by Q2 of 99. That is what I believe will occur.

Glenn, the institutions own more than 11 million shares of Amzn with very very low averages. I think some of them have "sold high" and "bought low" portions of their holdings in the past few months with the swings(the market guide reported that during the Jul-Sept. quarter, instituions bought/sold 2 million plus Amzn shares).

But 11 million shares are still in strong hands. However, they will not add to their holdings at >$100 price level and therefore they will not be the principle buyers of the new shares.
