Martin until we know what the conversion rate is we might as well assume the worse. If the conversion rate is that at the time of disbursement of the future funds, it is actually not so good, since that would be a "leaking" floorless and could burry the stock even more if our Chinese friends have learned anything from the domestic floorless bandits. It would be nice to know what are conditions of conversion. You do not want to find later on that 50 MM shares where added. Zeev
