Hello Frank:

Actually, the news of the Cable Vision contract
did not come out through a news release, but through
a meeting between the company management and analysts,
which in my eyes is an inappropriate way to release
information.

For those on the thread who read Barron's, there was
a roundtable involving Roger McNamee, Kevin Landis,
and Paul Wick, where all three agreed that BRCM, TERN
and CMTO had unrealistic valuations. I could not
agree more with their comment, although I view BRCM
as a strong company.
