Glenn, Update... I got another e-mail so I called customer service. Lead time for my system is 10 days... that makes it 2 Fridays from today. I need another battery for my hearing aid (which I don't have}, I guess. Coulda sworn I heard differently! POSITIVE thinking... Orders, orders, orders... lots of those cause backlog and longer(fixable) lead time. Happy, happy! Regards, SF
