The repurchase serves to allow the company to take back a greater stake in ownership while the prices are depressed. The price rise above 20 and the eventual failure to support the price is a relatively insignificant short term issue. The signal that the repurchase provides is that the company is very bullish about it's future. Look for earnings and contracts to move and support the price in the long run. Regards, Milkman
