It is likely that it will be purchased by a company like Fujitsu in the next few years. Their core technologies are rapidly becoming irrelevant. Their processor will be replaced by Merced and its decendents and the UNIX will be replaced by future versions of NT. Thus they will be reduced to system integration and box making.
