Barrons, is usually a contrarian indicator. I would be concerned if they mentioned positive about VTSS. These People who give picks have their own agenda. They might want to unload PMCS, LVEL, etc and buy VTSS(they did n't even bother mentioning by design). I have seen this everytime, if they say short, you buy it. If they buy it, you sell.
