At around 2:30 pm 2 AXC insiders filed 2 form 4s. Form 4 is defined as a Statement of Beneficial ownership. Richard Jacquet, a director,
reported an option-related purchase of 25,000 shares at $10.50 with a transaction date of 12/13/96. Joel Talcott, a VP, also reported an option-related purchase of 25,000 shares at $10.50 with a transaction date of 12/13/96. I am not too clear about this part but I think Jacquet also got additional options for 25,000 shares (with a vesting schedule) and Talcott also got additional options for 10,000 shares (also with a vesting schedule).

Lastly, check out Seagate. It beat estimates by $0.11.
