Steve Stakiw told me early yesterday that the reason FLA was halted
was because their accountant Coopers and Lybrand failed to submit the
Financial statement of Fairmile. He said, "it was not very nice of them to
let me know in the last minute that, they no longer prepare Financial
Statements
for Juniors". We will have the FS ready in a week, Steve said. I will have
to do a lot of explaining, he said. Futhermore, he said that there could be
some sell off when it opens, which becomes a buying opportunity.
