Wondering if you can paste the 10/30 filing (or at least the key parts of it) over here. I tried pulling it down from Sedar without success. Maybe the problem is that I don't have Wordperfect.

If in fact the deal is that PKC (vs. its shareholders) gets HEC stock this would be a very odd deal. I suppose it make sense taxwise though, since PKC has big loss carryforwards whereas its shareholders do not.

Maybe the Canacabare will get tested and the pipeline will get operational by 12/30. These are two events that really ought to occur before any definitive corporate transaction is entered into by PKC.
