i2 Insider ownership approx 55% as of 6/30/98 (per NASDAQ)

No kiddin' Shane since Sanjiv Sidhu owns substantial number of stocks, along with 6 other insiders they collectively own a total of approx.55% of the shares, so it is 'kinda' hard to for anybody to attempt a hostile takeover.If there is going to be any takeover it will have to be approved by them and what are the chances of that?!,probably very little. Then again there is this old saying 'everything has a price' so one is left wondering!!!
