'please don't rain on my parade just yet'

The conversion of these $1.00 preferred shares to common
shares is a question that I am sure will be answered shortly.

The one thing that you all are missing is that these new partners
are not "vulture financier" type people. They are interested in
our technology as well as our future partnership with them. NOT
OUR DEMISE !! I am confident that Bill C. negotiated a favorable
preferred to common conversion rate. Bill could have done an
offshore deal long ago, instead he used personal funds to
keep the lights on. Dilution has always been one of his major
concerns. After all, Bill, his family and friends (Bo and family) all
still own a lot of common.

Secondly, we now own 1/2 of a company in China with fantastic
earnings potential, which cost us only the use of our technology.

So guys please let me enjoy this news for another day or two before
disecting all the unknowns. The bottom line to me is that I believe
in Bill C. and I believe in the technology. I would go down a dark
alley with him any time.

For the rest of the weekend I plan on counting my GRNO shares.
Especially the ones I bought at 3/8th's.
