Here is some notes from some e-mail , I received while I was away: Atna's " right of first refusal" being upheld would lead to 100% ownership of the wolverine. Court case scheduled to be heard on Nov.25 and 26. results from the last holes from wolf and a resource calculation soon. There is going to be another news release out shortly in regards to the Dominican republic property. There has been some advancement of the metallurgical problem(selenium) I think Atna's share price should be a might higher than .75 - lets double that.... -Steve
