MG Re silly chart Stop losses can be very interesting.. I see the MMs play those lines all the time. Seems like they will play them until there is no more action on them. If you assume that this puppy will pull back and then move up into the year end then: Write puts at the money with a fresh batch at each $2.5 strike. At the same time buy deep in the money calls .. say ~$15 in the money. Leg in 1x 2x 4x etc .. AMG data has 4.5 billion that went into equity funds last week and money market funds with negative flow of $1.7. Estimate that there is an additional $50 billion waiting for the next dip.
