Oh Spidey, I haven't said most of what you've outlined above because it isn't true. There is ONE CENTRAL ISSUE here: did Andy Mann ever pay Mike Sylver the million dollars he owed him for the 4 million shares of stock? All the rest--the "illegal" shorting; and really Spidey, I think you greatly overestimate the naked short interest--is just smoke and mirrors. BUT it could be very profitable smoke and mirrors for Mike Sylver if he succeeds in forcing a short squeeze. As you know, I don't think it's gonna work, for a variety of reasons. Once again, nobody's turned "state's evidence" because no criminal proceedings have been commenced. Why do you find this simple and obvious stuff so hard to understand? As for the "ugly Las Vegas events" you refer to, yes, I know what's supposed to have happened. But why haven't we been treated to any newspaper reports? Funny. And do you feel comfortable with "Icky" at the helm? lololololol! Just another question you don't want to answer, eh?
