August, thanks for your "Platter Perspective" <g>. He first gives you the impression that he trying to contribute. But when I seen the same identical posts Platter places here on the Yahoo boards (what a mess, BTW) under the "fergub" handle, it became apparent he has his own motives. What gets me is that he talks down a company while providing no information on the company itself. I don't mind shorters, they might see something you didn't in their DD, just disclose your position and your intentions. BTW, no need to apologize. Hope you post here more often. Regards, Pat
