Skeet, One would have to presume this is a bear market rally in order to make sense out of your question. I don't know if this is a bear or bull rally, it's just a rally, although I would have to suspect a bull rally. To answer the first part of your question, I'd say that the smart money will be getting out of the markets long before everyone else does. GZ
