I will remind you of that when someone Libels you and you can do NOTHING about it except in a court of law

I still cant get an answer either via a private forum or public as to whether they will enforce their terms of use with a court ruling on libel

and if you try to address the problem on SI yourself..you will likely be suspended for fighting

I find it outrageous that SI wont enforce one of their terms of use but will penalize you when you try to deal with it yourself

Btw, SI wont comment via the public forum for Legal reasons..... BINDING reasons....havent you figured that out...they are more than willing to comment on it privately....but uhh..Bob..that can be binding too, dont you know

btw KG4....you are a liar and you THREATEN people. You claim to be able to get a member's social security number, tax information, address etc....in 35 minutes...even when their user name is not their real name...and you will use it in harmful ways...and then claim you are so clever that no one will be able to trace it back to you..

and if you dispute that AGAIN ....you are a liar and for the upteenth time I will tell you to post your UNDEDITED private messages to me concerning Fred and what you would do to him with that information

The same day you posted that information to me...I posted on this thread about you and asked whether someone could get the ISP address from posts on SI and asked people how you could track a member down.

I think you are lying about having Fred's information...but that is my own personal opinion and I have no proof of that..
