In any case, from Toni Beckham's response to me about the whole thing, I've concluded that she (and whoever talked to the Alex Brown people) is just being conservative, and K6-3 should be available in Q1. As far as a K7 demo, why would AMD do one before Comdex? Comdex is their big arena to put on a show. Intel knows they have nothing to match it so they decided to cry sour grapes and pulled their booth. Kevin
