Lawrence...thanks so much for posting this But the headstrong academic presented the market model anyway, and when the attendees grew restive, with a few even walking out, matters rapidly went downhill... Context is so important. I wonder what 'the' market model was. And I appreciated the reference to the negative real interest rate argument ... Nancy
