doe vs army
by: slimchancein98 2080 of 2081
The army stands to possibly lose the acwa program and 16 Billion
dollar budget program for the demil of chem weapons if they don't
get off their rears (hehe) and get the funding for the remaining
technologies. The plan would be to give it to the doe and try it
once again, but with open minds. Still a nightmare politically,
but a possible level playing field. I have spoken with people
who are well connected in this area and they predicted this log
jam/stalemate. They also said that cxi would receive the
chinese contract via the Japanese next April 1, after the budget
passes. Not all is lost, especially in the house of the rising
sun. Copy from the YaHoo board.
