Ed - Al / Benz Energy To set the record straight, I am in error regarding the Canadian connection and the principal I referred to in my comments. I confused Benz Energy with Diaz Resources, another Canadian listed company with Texas activity. I should of checked my notes before commenting. With that out of the way, and closing out this subject, I would like to have your (Ed's) impression (primary reason) as to why Benz is listing in the U.S.
