These guys have partnerships and alliances with some very big players - probably due to the Chairman's and Vice-Chairmans previous positions (VP of Lotus Information Service, and President of AT&T News Media Services, respectively). Throw in a Harvard MBA for Chairman McLagan and you have some impressive credentials.
The only major concern I could find was the amount of open positions on their page, and a mention in the SEC doc about the concern of attracting and maintaining qualified people (this is also good - as an indication of growth).
