It also was suspected that in several cases managements and the Reg S buyers were in cohoots to split up the proceeds from these extremely destructive Reg S offerings. No sht Sherlock! But surely* our noble Mikey wouldn't contemplate such a thing! Though he DOES say now that Mann was supposed to arrange a private placement. Funny, isn't it, that Mikey never bothered to file an 8-K. But as we've seen, the little dear's not really very good at paperwork.
