Janice,

I was referring to past abuses of Reg S by other companies, not necessarily AZNT.

I wasn't necessarily referring to the obvious concern people have with extreme dilution of AZNT shares.

The fact that Spyder mentioned a 40 day restriction just struck a familiar note that I thought I might explore.
