James, Please, define term "technical trader" in biotechnology sector of market? In last six months I was caught twice (AMLN and ALLP) at their sec. PO when stock price drop 30%(15%) after announcement. Add more shares before offer was effective at the higher price, presumeing they will postpone offer. Both company receive analyst recomendations. Oposite to this, after MYGN announce PO, price fall by >30%. They shelved PO. Analyst lower their recomendations on MYGN, press influence! What a nice game? What is in this technical? Miljenko
