In this week's Barron's cover story, Roger McNamee recommends Genesys.
Article is their 5th annual roundtable discussion with three technology stockpickers.

Tough Techs | Our experts find winning stocks in the year's wreckage
By Eric J. Savitz

...Rounding out the group: the legendary Roger McNamee, partner at Integral Capital Partners, a Menlo Park, California, investment boutique. McNamee, who once ran the T. Rowe Price Science & Information fund and co-managed the T. Rowe Price Horizons fund, now co-manages a series of private partnerships investing in both public and private technology companies.

He mentions Genesys within the enterprise software category -- says best opportunities there are in software that helps companies either increase revenues by directly touching customers, or optimize business processes to increase productivity. For the latter he likes i2.

McNamee: We're high on Seibel Systems and Genesys Telecommunications. Seibel is the leader in sales-force automation. Genesys automates call centers. They both have big market opportunities, and exceptional management. Again, those stocks have come way down.

That's about all he says concerning Genesys.
