I am having alot of trouble with SI also. No problem with going to the net, not the ISP at all. Si has a messed up server connection. what happen most of the time is that your ISP caches the stuff so that when someone else looks at it, it comes up right away with the cache, but the realy new info is not there. I am getting timed out alot. Try setting your navigator to not use the proxy server and see how bad it is.
