I cannot confirm if Morgan Stanley upgraded IDTI, but for sure, Mr. Barney did. Maybe you can check today's jag notes tomorrow to see who else upgraded IDT.
Anyway, I have realized that Analysts have become a momentum player too. So, it's no surprise to me if other analysts upgrade this horse. Interestingly, Soundview upgraded some semi-stock from sell to hold in respond to the rise in price. (IMHO, that geek at Soundview is so ridiculous, if he told his client to sell stock, how can their client hold the stock now. I don't know what kind of rating is that.)
Well in this case, I anticipate other analysts who downgraded IDT since last August, such as Alex Brown, Cowen and Soundview, should very well be upgrading IDT soon. A lot of people (including fund manager) have been watching this stock to bottom out while accumulating. With the help of the short covering, this is the day this stock breakout. (Check out today's volumn). And I hope the analysts have finished downgrading this horse. Go Dark Horse!!! |
