Teevee just look at what the market is telling you
As soon as wsp moves up on lower volume the market is now hitting the bids.the volume over the last week has been slowing down as compared to what it was 3 weeks ago.

PS I still say wsp will move below 2 bucks before it goes higher This is still pure speculation on theory's.
WSP will have to do lots more drilling to prove this.
