George, Unfortunately, I've been holding this one for about a year and a half at about triple what you paid. Keep waiting for some big JV that has yet to materialize. My problem seems to be summed up nicely by Kenny Rogers - You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em. Maybe someday I'll learn!
