Hi Carole, Guess what, I went to the location and found out they stopped supporting the Internet Trader product. This is the message I got. Too bad. The Internet Trader section of kanisa.com has been permanently removed from this site. For those of you using Internet Trader, your Internet Trader data feeds will continue to be available from the Amy and Cindy servers. However, Kanisa Inc. has shifted its technical focus from custom trading systems to packaged knowledge management applications that intelligize business processes and, therefore, Internet Trader is no longer representative of our primary corporate direction. In fact, it confuses prospective clients who seek to understand what we offer. We will continue to offer email support for Internet Trader. If you have questions, send email to itrader@kanisa.com. Kanisa will now only provide technical advice and updates at itrader.kanisa.com and North American Quotations, Inc. will continue to support Real Time Trader at naq.com.
