I'm also using Explorer and am having trouble. I switched to Explorer from Communicator last spring because Explorer stored passwords, something I think about often, a seeming triviality that may permanently have cost Netscape a user.Unfortunately Q's phone problems are of this nature. If you get one of their phones and the connectors don't work, or the plastic cracks, maybe you'll never buy another product. Has Netscape fixed this? Perhaps they'll get me back. Has SI been boobey-trapped for Explorer.....:-)..? DMG
