help!

i know this may be a bit unusual......but.......

i have my late mothers '73 k-car which might be worth $25 .....i want to, next spring, convert it to a grass car....yes, one that i spray with a fertilizer/grass seed mix, as you see on roadsides. i want to grow grass on the car and need to know if anyone can help me achieve this goal.
how do i prepare the paint base?
do i just get a company that does this to come by and spray?
anyone out there that has done this?

the car will be great in parades and such.
i've seen pictures of other grass cars and would like to continue this.....ah.....what ever you call it.
j

a wildflower mix will be considered if i can get it to grow.
