Rob, thanks for the good post and good points. I am taking them seriously. I can "see" a pull back from here, but may not be too much more than 10 points from here for the next two weeks. If we want to play it safe, then small and quick bites is the way to go. But I have a few observations:

1. The Nov options' open interests currently do not support a closing price of $130 or $120.
2. On Aug. 24, both PK and Doerr filed to sell approx. 2.5 million shares. Amzn was $130 on 8/24, but dropped to as low as $65 on 9/1.
However, Amzn bounced back to as high as $91 on 9/2. There after, was trading in the 70-80 ranges for the next 3 weeks.
3. I do not see a repeat of #2; but it will be interesting to see what type of price swings Amzn may have if there are 3 million shares to be sold in a short period of time.
4. The B&K/Bertie and B&K/Ingram news are creating synergism, those are serious and powerful actions towards Amazon, the company. As to Amzn the stock, I think it will be traded nervously by the traders for the next few weeks.
