Walt: The TSE, has a diffrent set of rules than the NASDQ. A world of diffrence
from TSE to the BB. So if any firm wants to play with the big boys IMO they must
come up to level of the same playing field. Would you consider the BB, as the proper
level?

When a firm plays by the rules of the TSE, there are audited financials, news rls. put out
on time and they put them all out to the stockholders as the deals are done. We are not
privey to shuch wonderfull treatment with a BB issue and the few rules of the
SEC, NASDQ for there pink sheet, BB, stocks. This IMO is to the advantage of any JV when
doing business with a TSE style firm.... There is no way some of the ""BB"" :BS: would
ever get off first base in Canada. That's my take on why there doing as well as
they are with the J.V. Partners..
