Yes. You are right. Testing on the PII is a little longer than the CeleronA. Die size wise silicon of CeleronA is more expensive than PII silicon. Daughtercard of both CeleronA and PII are about the same. Both cards have plenty of surface mount resistors. PII have better looking casing. 4.5ns 512K SRAM is dirt cheap. MR estimates
are as good as any one. $6 difference is about right.
