Not so. Probably several auctions yet to come. There is to be another big auction of 38GHZ spectrum that will probably be at least as large as what is currently available. It was to held by the end of this year but is now probably pushed into early next year. FCC is still screwing around with the last LMDS auction. When they get that wrapped up they'll probably start working on the 38GHz auction.

But it all still comes down to first to market. You have believe there will be enough spectrum. This is the genius of the MIlenium plan. Lock all these people up with a three year plan, so they won't be available when TGNT, WNP, and other auction winners or CLEC's come a calling.
