Hi Charles,
It is strictly and interest rate evaluation. They expect rates to go up. If interest rates go up, RMR's bottom line goes down (temporarily, because of adjustable rates). However, I decided to take advantage of a possible reaction play. I sold half of my holdings at market opening for 28.50 (my cost 13.50), and might buy back before dividend time if price is lower than my sell price. I still own 4000 shares. Just bought Zenith a couple of days ago. Keep in touch!
Greg
