There is suppose to be one thats what I was told.
But wsp has hit 2.59 on no news or financing as of yet?
I'm going out on a limb and will say wsp will come under 2 before anything is announced and my target is 1.75 to 1.85 before it runs again this year.

PS wsp still needs money to do there bulk sample and commitments for next year.If you say no financing why did wsp run to 2.59 also there was no news.
