How do we get our hands on the money that the SEC is extracting from that guy?

Well, I am calling the judge that made the sentence. His name is Lloyd George and his phone number is 702-388-6689. He is the US District Judge for Nevada.

I'll post any response I get. I urge the rest of you to call as well. If there is restitution, it had better be going to the investors, not into the government's pocket.
